“When we arrived to our room, we wanted to relax and watch the US Open, only to find out our tv did not. I tried numerous times to call theftont desk but noone would answer For the price of our room we should have a tv that works”

“Too much confusion at check in… they might’ve been changing shifts at the front desk. No problem at check out. Bedding and towels were clean … My husband had breakfast …he said it was good. we would stay there again…”

“It started with checkin. We reserved a room facing the lake and was told this type rrom was not available. The lobby and hallway had a very bad smell. The room did not have any hand or shower soap. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. We asked the hotel for our money back so we could find another hotel...they said is was non-refundable. This was my first experience with Expedia and will be my last”

“I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. ”

“I didn't like the toilet it didn't work and had to move to new room and had to wait for 45 minutes for extra blankets”

“This property, along with generally standard amenities had FREE guest laundry. We’ve never encountered that on any of our four cross country trips. Staff was amazing as well. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“Room was clean, but there was no water pressure and the tub was very slippery. Breakfast was well stocked, but was not cleaned very well during serving times. I watched the attendant walk by trash left on the counter and wipe crumbs on the floor. During our 2 day stay, luggage was left by the front door and then eventually moved to the curb by the street, which was a little creepy. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. “Was stuck at front desk trying to check in all while the desk attendant was on her personal phone taking a personal phone call. Finally got checked in, went to room, room was FREEZING, ac would not turn off. Holder in bathroom was broken, tv was missing hdmi cable so it was not working. Sheets were stained, bathroom was as dirty. I will not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else.”
